& I am a certified holistic and integrative nutrition health coach and food psychology specialist who is driven to help women improve their relationship with food.

Through my own healing journey, I've realized the healing power of food and the tremendous impact it can have on your body not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally.

I combine coaching and food psychology to help you unlearn compulsive eating behaviors that have been engrained overtime to relearn new habits that are sustainable, enjoyable, and tailored to your unique lifestyle.

  1. Book a free 20-minute discovery call
    This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit!

  2. First Coaching Call [60 minutes]
    During this call, I take the time to learn as much as I can about you, your background and current mindset/beliefs as well as your goals. You'll leave this session with a game plan that is created for YOU and your unique needs and goals.

  3. Follow-Up Sessions [60 minutes]
    Since accountability and taking aligned action are such an important part of growth, these sessions are probably the most important part of the coaching process! Follow up sessions allows us to track your progress, see what is and isn't working, go deeper on your beliefs/mindset and help you move through roadblocks along the way.

  4. Ongoing Support + Accountability
    Signing up for a 3-month or 6-month program (with sessions 2x/month) not only saves you money, but ensures that you commit to continue showing up for yourself with ongoing support and access to me outside of our sessions.
